Thank you for your comments about JSTOR. After being denied access to an article for the umpteenth time I decided to complete their "denial" survey. I expressed my frustration that you must be in bed at an academic institution in order to access more than a superficial level of knowledge in many subjects. We'll see.
Thanks and good luck - I too filled out their survey, and left my email, but so far have not heard back. Their predicament is untenable, and they'll eventually put that together for themselves, with a little help from us.
